Automatic Renewal Service Agreement<br /><br />I. Acceptance and Modification of Service Terms<br />1.1 These Terms of Service are provided by PT ANS INTERNATIONAL MEDIA Agreement between INDONESIA (hereinafter referred to as "flix") and an individual or entity using flix membership services (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you") regarding the use of the automatic renewal proxy deduction service provided by flix. Unless you accept the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use this automatic renewal service. Your choice to use this service will be deemed as your agreement to be bound by all the terms of this agreement.<br />1.2 Members must be bound by both the "Ans-flix User Agreement" and the "Ans-flixVIP Member Service Agreement". This agreement is a supplementary agreement to the "Ans-flixVIP Member Service Agreement" and is an integral part of it. In the event of any conflict between these rules and the "Ans-flixVIP Member Service Agreement", This rule shall prevail.<br />Ii. Service Description<br />2.1 This service is designed to meet the automatic renewal needs of members and prevent losses caused by failure to renew in a timely manner due to negligence or other reasons. Members authorize flix to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from the third-party payment account bound to the member before and after the expiration of the membership validity period. The billing cycle includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, etc. Members can choose the billing cycle displayed on the flix platform by themselves when purchasing the membership services provided by flix.<br />2.2 If you activate the automatic renewal service, it will be deemed that you agree that the payment channel may deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from the account you have bound without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information.<br />2.3 You acknowledge and agree that if you pay fees through a third-party payment channel, you will also be bound by the terms of service and usage rules of that third-party payment channel.<br />2.4 Automatic renewal is based on the deduction of the member's fees for the next billing cycle from the aforementioned account. Any risks or losses resulting from the failure of renewal due to account issues or insufficient balance shall be borne by the member themselves. If a member voluntarily chooses to cancel this service before the deduction is successful, it will be deemed that the member agrees that flix may attempt to deduct fees from time to time within a certain period after the expiration of the current billing cycle (subject to the deduction rules of each payment channel). Once the deduction is successful, flix will continue to offer paid benefits.<br />Iii. Automatic Renewal Rules<br />3.1 flix will automatically deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle on the expiration day of each billing cycle and extend the membership validity period. There may be a display delay in the update of the automatic renewal status. The actual payment and automatic renewal contract status shall prevail.<br />3.2 In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, in order to facilitate members' awareness of the automatic renewal status, flix will notify members 5 days before the deduction of the next billing cycle via [in-site message, message notification]. Members are requested to pay attention. Our notifications may have a significant impact on members' automatic renewal operations and related rights and interests. To avoid missing important reminders due to members unsubscribing, blocking notifications or uninstalling applications, we suggest that members maintain a contactable status and check the above notifications in a timely manner.<br />3.3 Members may cancel the automatic renewal function for the next billing cycle in accordance with the agreed method and period in Clause 4.3. If the automatic renewal function is not cancelled within the aforementioned period, flix will, upon the member's entrustment, issue deduction instructions for the next billing cycle to the relevant entity and continue to collect the corresponding service fees through the member's default payment method. Based on the characteristics of the automatic renewal service, in principle, the recharged fees will not be refunded.<br />3.4 flix may change or modify the relevant service contents, rules and terms of this agreement. flix will inform members of the relevant changes or modifications by means such as publicizing on the relevant pages of flix. If a member does not agree with the modification of this agreement, they can cancel this service and stop using it. If the member does not cancel this automatic renewal service, the subsequent fees deducted by the relevant entity will be based on the adjusted service fees. If a member cancels within 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, the relevant entity may stop deducting the service fee for the next subscription period from the adjusted service fee. After this automatic renewal service is cancelled, if you reactivate it, the service fee automatically deducted by the relevant entity will be based on the service fee displayed on the page at that time.<br />Iv. Suspension, Interruption and Termination of the Automatic renewal Service<br />4.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by Netflix, this service will remain valid for a long time. This agreement shall come into effect upon the member's choice to accept or use the service and shall terminate when the member terminates the service or cancels the qualification for paid services.<br />4.2 In any of the following circumstances, flix reserves the right to immediately terminate the service provided to the member without bearing any liability:<br />(1) It is confirmed by the effective legal documents of the national administrative or judicial authorities that the member has committed illegal or infringing acts, or Netflix, based on its own judgment, believes that the member's behavior is suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations or the contents of this agreement or the usage rules published by the platform from time to time, etc.<br />(2) flix may, based on its own business decisions or other reasons, choose to suspend, interrupt or terminate this service. In the event of such circumstances, flix will notify members by way of announcement.<br />4.3 Members can cancel the automatic renewal service for the next billing cycle at least 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle through the following methods:<br />Open "Settings" on your iPhone -&gt; Enter "iTunes Store &amp; App Store" -&gt; Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", and select to cancel "flix"<br />4.4 After the successful cancellation of this service, it will not affect the paid services that have been successfully charged and taken effect. The paid services that have taken effect will not be automatically renewed upon expiration. The instructions you have entrusted to flix for automatic renewal and deduction before choosing to terminate this service remain valid. flix will not refund the fees deducted based on such instructions, and you shall bear the relevant responsibility by yourself.<br />V. Other Agreements<br />5.1 flix and its members shall resolve any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement through friendly consultation. If the disputes cannot be resolved through consultation, either party has the right to submit the disputes to the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing for litigation. The interpretation, validity and enforcement of this agreement and other related issues shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.<br />5.2 The services provided by Netflix to its members are only available for use on the Netflix platform. Any act of separating the services provided by Netflix from the Netflix platform through malicious cracking or other illegal means will be subject to legal action by Netflix<br />
