Welcome to the Ans-flix VIP Membership Service! To use the Ans-flix VIP Membership Service, please carefully read, understand, and comply with the "Ans-flix VIP Membership Service Agreement."

1. Acceptance and Modification of Service Terms

1.1 This Agreement is jointly concluded between you and Ans-flix (hereinafter referred to as "Ans-flix" or "we") and has contractual effect. This Agreement describes the rights and obligations between the Platform and VIP Members regarding the use of this service and related aspects. "VIP Member" or "you" refers to a natural person user (hereinafter referred to as "you") who has completed all procedures to become a VIP Member of this Platform (i.e., paid the VIP membership fee, agreed to all contents of this Agreement) and uses the VIP membership services provided by this Platform under compliance with the relevant rules of this Platform.

1.2 We use bold font or other reasonable means to draw your attention to and request you to carefully read clauses in this Agreement that may have significant interest to your rights and obligations, including but not limited to clauses related to exemption or limitation of liability, clauses stipulating dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction, etc. If you believe such clauses may partially or entirely impair your interests or rights under specific circumstances, please be sure to read the aforementioned clauses again before confirming your agreement to this Agreement or before using this service, and only use this service under the premise of your voluntary acceptance of such clauses.

If you do not agree to any or all terms of this Agreement, especially the aforementioned clauses that may have significant interest to your rights and obligations, please do not proceed to the next step or use this service by taking actions that constitute acceptance of this service (including but not limited to clicking "Agree," activating or renewing membership, conducting or participating in any transactions or activities related to this service, or any other form of confirmation action, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Actions Accepting the Service"). When you proceed to the next step or use this service by taking Actions Accepting the Service, it indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to sign this Agreement, signifying that you and we have reached an agreement, and you voluntarily accept and comply with all stipulations of this Agreement.

1.3 This Platform reserves the right to modify these Service Terms at any time. Once these Service Terms are changed or modified, this Platform will announce the changes on relevant pages; if you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you may cancel the VIP membership service you have obtained and stop using it; if you continue to use the VIP membership service provided by this Platform, it will be deemed that you have accepted all modifications of this Agreement.

1.4 Please carefully review all contents of this Agreement and choose whether to agree to this Agreement. You must fully and strictly comply with the terms of this Service Agreement when enjoying this service.

2. Service Description

2.1 You understand and agree that this Platform grants VIP Members a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and time-limited use license, meaning VIP Members only have limited use rights to the aforementioned products/services and software. This service will be strictly executed according to its service terms and operational rules. When enjoying any single service within this service, VIP Members shall be bound by this Agreement, relevant page instructions, or standard procedures.

2.2 You shall be solely responsible for all your actions (whether intentional or not) while using the services provided by this Platform. This Platform reserves the right to supervise, prompt, and inspect all activities of VIP Members on this Platform and/or service platforms provided by its affiliates. When a VIP Member's actions violate relevant laws and regulations or the stipulations of this Agreement, this Platform reserves the right to demand correction and pursue liability.

2.3 All services provided by this Platform to VIP Members are limited to use within this Platform. Any act of separating the content of this service from this Platform by malicious cracking or other illegal means does not constitute the service provided by this Platform as stipulated in this Agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the perpetrator, and this Platform is not responsible, and this Platform will pursue the legal liability of the perpetrator according to law.

2.4 You clearly understand and agree that the payment method for this Platform's VIP membership is through third-party payment institutions. Payment through such method may involve certain commercial risks, including but not limited to criminals using your account, bank card, or other valuable cards for illegal activities. Such risks may cause you corresponding economic losses. You shall bear the consequences of pursuing liability against the infringing party and the inability to pursue such liability.

2.5 This Platform shall not be liable for any losses you suffer due to the actions or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to payment services, network access services, or any infringement or other illegal or non-compliant acts by any third party.

3. Procedures to Become a VIP Member

3.1 You can become a VIP Member of this Platform through various existing and future channels. You shall not activate (apply for) this Platform's VIP membership for yourself or others in any of the following ways. Otherwise, this Platform has the right to reject the application or revoke the VIP membership qualification of the relevant user without notice, and will not refund the VIP membership service fee or provide any compensation in any other form, while this Platform reserves the right to pursue relevant legal liabilities:

(1) Activating (applying for) this service for yourself or others for profit, business, or other non-personal use purposes without legitimate authorization;

(2) Illegally activating (applying for) this Platform's VIP membership through any program or software method such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen-brushing software, etc.; Activating (applying for) this Platform's VIP membership through other methods not designated by this Platform;

(4) Through methods that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of this Platform and/or its affiliates or third parties, or other improper methods, or methods violating the principle of good faith, such as intruding into this Platform's servers, using computer viruses, etc.;

(5) Through other methods that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, national policies, etc.

3.2 The ownership of this Platform's VIP member account belongs to this Platform. VIP Members only have limited use rights to this Platform's account.

3.3 This Platform only provides relevant network services. Apart from that, equipment related to the relevant network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to internet or mobile network access) and required costs (such as telephone and internet fees paid for internet access, mobile phone fees paid for using mobile networks) shall be borne by the VIP Member.

4. VIP Membership Fees

4.1 The charging standards for this Platform's VIP membership are mainly determined based on the duration of membership activation. Specific charging standards are subject to the detailed fee prices marked on relevant service pages of this Platform or actual offers. If you wish to activate the auto-renewal function for paid membership services, you need to additionally read and agree to the "Auto-Renewal Service Rules." The Auto-Renewal Service Rules are supplementary agreements to this Agreement.

4.2 Users can become VIP Members of this Platform through various existing and future payment channels, including but not limited to: becoming a VIP Member through online banking payment, mobile payment, or third-party payment, etc., or other methods designated by this Platform now or in the future (specific payment channels are still subject to those actually accepted or specified by this Platform).

4.3 Once you become a VIP Member of this Platform, it is deemed that you accept the price indicated for this service; after becoming a VIP Member of this Platform, this service takes effect immediately.

4.4 You understand and agree that this Platform has the right to unilaterally modify and change the relevant charging basis, standards, methods, etc., for this service based on adjustments to its own operational policies. For such modifications and changes, this Platform will display them on relevant pages. If you need to obtain and use this service, please first understand the information regarding the charging basis, standards, methods, scope of rights, etc., for this service.

4.5 You can log in to the "Personal Center - Account Balance - View Details" page of this Platform to freely query your account information details and change records.

4.6 After this Platform's VIP membership is activated, if your VIP membership qualification is terminated during the service period you have activated according to the stipulations of this Agreement, you will not receive a refund of the fees paid to activate this service or any other form of compensation/indemnity.

5. VIP Member Rights

5.1 This Platform's VIP Member rights refer to the specialized services provided by this Platform for VIP Members. During the validity period of VIP membership, except for splash screen ads, you can enjoy all content on this Platform ad-free and without charge.

5.2 You understand and agree that this Platform has the right to change, cancel, or add all or part of the VIP Member rights based on market conditions. For such changes, cancellations, or additions, this Platform will display them on relevant pages. You can also query the latest VIP Member rights content through relevant service pages of this Platform. Meanwhile, this Platform also encourages you to regularly review the contents of this Agreement to better protect your rights.

5.3 The service period of the VIP membership service is based on the duration selected and paid for by the VIP Member. After the service period of the VIP membership service expires, this Platform will stop providing the VIP membership service to you.

6. VIP Member Rights and Restrictions

6.1 The VIP membership service is limited to the applying account for personal use only; the VIP membership service cannot be transferred between accounts on this Platform during the service period. Gifting, lending, renting, transferring, or selling is prohibited. Otherwise, this Platform has the right to cancel the VIP membership service qualification of the transferring account and the transferee account without notice, and any losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the VIP Member.

6.2 After you become a VIP Member, there may be differences in the specific rights or services you can actually use due to differences in the software version, device, operating system you use, and other third-party reasons. You understand and will not hold this Platform responsible for any inconvenience caused thereby or exempt this Platform from relevant liability. This Platform suggests you can try to resolve such issues by upgrading application or operating system versions, changing devices, etc., or contact this Platform directly for resolution through the contact information provided at the end of this Agreement.

6.3 Users shall not obtain or purchase VIP membership service qualification through illegal means such as theft, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or on websites or other channels that illegally sell or transfer this Platform's VIP membership without authorization from this Platform. Otherwise, this Platform has the right to cancel the VIP membership service qualification. Problems arising therefrom shall be borne by the user, and this Platform bears no responsibility. Meanwhile, this Platform hereby states: This Platform has never authorized any third-party entity or individual to sell or transfer this Platform's VIP membership qualification. Any act of selling or transferring this Platform's VIP membership qualification without express authorization from this Platform constitutes illegal sale or illegal transfer, and this Platform reserves the right to pursue its legal liability.

6.4 VIP Members promise not to make any statements or take any actions detrimental to this Platform and/or its affiliates under any circumstances, including but not limited to causing adverse effects on the brand and reputation of this Platform and/or its affiliates through any channels and methods such as WeChat, Weibo, interviews, manuscripts, etc.

6.5 VIP Members whose VIP membership qualification is canceled can no longer participate in activities organized by this Platform for VIP Members and can no longer enjoy various VIP membership discounts and value-added services provided by this Platform, meaning they no longer enjoy VIP Member rights.

6.6 The content of the VIP membership service provided by this Platform shall not be used by VIP Members for commercial, profit-making purposes, or other purposes that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of this Platform and/or its affiliates (whether charged or not), and is only for private viewing.

6.7 Unless prior written permission is obtained from this Platform, it is prohibited to copy, download, upload, modify, catalog, sort, translate, distribute, develop, transfer, sell, display, or disseminate works provided by the VIP membership service; prohibited to synthesize, embed, or link works provided by the VIP membership service; prohibited to use works provided by the VIP membership service and their clips to create derivative works, conduct commercial development, or promotion; prohibited to use works provided by the VIP membership service for commercial purposes, etc., including the following situations:

(1) Modifying the service period, consumption amount, transaction status of the VIP member account through illegal means, or using works provided by the purchased VIP membership service in illegal ways or for illegal purposes;

(2) Providing your Ans-flix VIP member account to any third party, whether for compensation or free of charge, and allowing others to watch works provided by the VIP membership service that were not purchased by them through your account;

(3) Copying, selling, renting, or authorizing works provided by the VIP membership service to any third party.

(4) Actively cracking, altering, reverse engineering, destroying, or otherwise tampering with any security measure technology used by this Platform to protect works provided by the VIP membership service, or assisting others in the aforementioned acts;

(5) Obtaining works provided by the VIP membership service through methods not recognized by this Platform, or removing any ownership statement or label on works provided by the VIP membership service;

(6) You will not display works provided by the VIP membership service, in whole or in part, in any public place for free or for a fee, unless your aforementioned actions do not constitute infringement or you have obtained legal authorization;

(7) Harming third-party interests, collecting third-party information through this Platform, destroying or stealing third-party accounts, sending fraudulent emails and spam, and other illegal information, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to privacy rights, intellectual property rights, property rights, etc.;

(8) Other acts not expressly authorized and permitted by this Platform.

6.8 If a VIP Member commits any act that violates national laws, regulations, or regulatory policies, violates this Agreement or relevant usage rules of this Platform, or this Platform deems the VIP Member's act detrimental to the reputation or interests of this Platform and/or its affiliates, this Platform has the right to independently decide to take one or more of the following measures individually or concurrently:

(1) Suspend or terminate part or all of the VIP Member rights or services without notice, and cancel the Ans-flix VIP member account and usage permissions, without any compensation or refund of any VIP membership service fee;

(2) If the VIP Member's breach causes losses to this Platform and/or its affiliates (including but not limited to direct economic losses, reputational losses, and indirect economic losses such as compensation, settlement fees, lawyer fees, litigation fees paid externally), the VIP Member shall bear full liability for compensation for all losses and pay the costs within the time limit required by this Platform.

6.9 When using the services provided by this Platform, if a VIP Member suffers any personal or property loss, damage, or injury, except for liability stipulated by law, regardless of the cause, this Platform and/or its affiliates shall not be held responsible.

6.10 After you activate the Ans-flix VIP membership service, you have the right to choose not to continue accepting this VIP membership service. You may apply to cancel this VIP membership service, but you will not be able to obtain a refund of any fees already paid or any compensation/indemnity, unless stipulated by law or otherwise agreed between this Platform and you.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 We are the intellectual property rights holder of Ans-flix. Ans-flix (including the Ans-flix application as a whole and all content, components, or constituent elements involved in Ans-flix) and all intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc., as well as all information content related to Ans-flix (including text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of Indonesia and the corresponding international treaties concluded by Indonesia. We enjoy the aforementioned intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, except for the rights that relevant rights holders should enjoy according to legal provisions. Without our prior written consent, you shall not use Ans-flix (including the Ans-flix application as a whole and all content, components, or constituent elements involved in Ans-flix) for commercial purposes in any way.

7.2 Ans-flix may involve third-party intellectual property rights. If such third-party rights holders have requirements for your use of such intellectual property based on this Agreement, we will inform you of such requirements in an appropriate manner, and you shall comply accordingly.

8. Changes to the Agreement

8.1 This Platform changes the service content, service methods, and the content of this Agreement based on the stipulations of this Agreement. If a VIP Member does not agree to any of the above changes by this Platform, they have the right to choose to cancel and stop using all or part of the corresponding services already obtained; if, after this Platform makes the aforementioned changes and the changes take effect, the VIP Member continues to use the aforementioned services provided by this Platform, it shall be deemed that the VIP Member has accepted all the aforementioned adjustments made by this Platform.

8.2 Once this Platform modifies this Agreement, it will announce the modified content on pages or other appropriate locations. Once announced, it shall be deemed as successful notification to all VIP Members.

8.3 If a VIP Member disagrees with the modification of the terms, they may proactively request termination of the VIP membership service from this Platform, but this Platform will not refund the fees for the VIP membership service already enjoyed from the month of activation to the actual month of termination; if the VIP Member continues to enjoy the VIP membership service, it shall be deemed that the VIP Member has accepted the modification of the terms.

9. Service Interruption and Termination

9.1 Due to the occurrence of force majeure events of this Platform, such as government actions, force majeure (given the special nature of the internet, force majeure also includes hacker attacks, major impacts caused by technical adjustments by telecommunications departments, temporary closures due to government control, virus attacks, and other situations affecting the normal operation of the internet), leading to the inability to continue the VIP membership service, this Platform will notify VIP Members as soon as possible.

9.2 The service period of the VIP membership service includes reasonable time required by this Platform to resolve failures, server maintenance, adjustments, upgrades, etc. This Platform will not provide any compensation for the time required for the aforementioned situations or any losses caused (if any), but this Platform will announce in advance whenever possible.

9.3 Regardless of the reason leading to the interruption or termination of the VIP membership service, this Platform has the right to handle it as follows:

(1) Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed between this Platform and you, fees already collected by this Platform will not be refunded;

(2) VIP member rights that the user has generated but not used will be automatically cleared without conversion to cash;

(3) If the interruption or termination of the VIP membership service is caused by the user's breach, this Platform has the right to require the user to bear corresponding违约责任 (liability for breach of contract) depending on the circumstances.

10. Minor Clause and Privacy Policy

10.1 This Platform places great importance on the protection of minors. Minors should review and perform under the accompaniment of their legal guardians. A minor's purchase of this service and exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this Agreement are deemed as having obtained the recognition of their legal guardian.

10.2 Guardians should guide their children on safety issues they should pay attention to when going online to prevent problems before they occur. If a guardian agrees for a minor to use this service provided by this Platform, consumption must be applied for in the guardian's name, and the guardian should correctly guide and supervise the minor's use of this VIP membership service.

10.3 This Platform reminds minor users to be good at learning online, distinguish between the online world and the real world, avoid addiction to the internet, and prevent it from affecting daily study and life when using this VIP membership service.

11. Notifications

To facilitate your receipt of relevant information from this Platform, you agree that this Platform has the right to notify you through one or more of the following methods: webpage announcement, page prompt, pop-up window, message notification, official account notification, SMS to the reserved mobile phone number. Such notification shall be deemed as delivered to the user on the date sent by this Platform. If multiple notification methods coexist, the delivery time shall be based on the earliest sending time among the aforementioned methods.

12. Others

12.1 If you have any questions (including consultation, complaints, etc.) regarding this "VIP Membership Service Agreement" or matters related to using this Platform's VIP membership service, please contact this Platform through the help feedback entry on the function page or the contact customer service section. This Platform will reply to you as soon as possible after receiving your opinions and suggestions.

13.2 The failure or delay of this Platform to exercise its rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of these rights, and the single or partial exercise of any of its rights under this Agreement does not preclude the exercise of any other rights. This Platform reserves the right at any time to require you to continue performing obligations and bear corresponding违约责任 (liability for breach of contract).

13.3 The headings of this Agreement are for convenience and readability only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision therein.
